- Semester Bulletin: Starting Spring 2010 a new, online bulletin presents current fall and spring registration information and replaces the paper Registration Access Mailer for continuing CSUN students.

- October 16: Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's Degree for Summer 2009
- October 31: Last day to qualify for a prorated refund (60% point). Students who remain enrolled after this date may not need to repay financial aid.
- November 11:Holiday; all offices closed; no instruction (Veterans' Day).
- November 25: Student Services Center closes at 5:00 p.m. (eve of Thanksgiving Recess).
- November 26-29: Thanksgiving Recess; all offices closed; no instruction; no Saturday class on 11/28.
- December 9: Last day of formal instruction. Deadline for submitting thesis or graduate projects for Fall 2009.
- December 10-16: Final Exams Week. Starting Fall 2009, finals for most classes will be automatically scheduled in SOLAR. Learn how to View Final Exam Schedule.
- December 23: Last day of Fall 2009 semester.
- December 25, 2009-January 1, 2010: Winter Recess; all offices closed; no instruction.
